Security Tagging Upon collection, each bag is locked with a unique security seal (serial-numbered cable tie) for your peace of mind.3. Photo Confirmation Once we receive your luggage, we send photos of your bags to your email to confirm their condition and safe arrival.4. Secure Storage Your belongings are stored in a private, 24/7 video-monitored facility in the center of Bled (Partizanska area), just 10 min from the main bus station.5. Delivery & Collection Enjoy Bled hands-free! We meet you at the agreed time and location to deliver your bags back to you.

How secure is the payment? We use the Stripe payment system, which ensures the highest level of security for online transactions. All payments are handled exclusively through the app, keeping your data completely safe.What if I am late for the collection? Punctuality is essential. If you anticipate a delay, you must notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email. If we wait at the location for more than 15 minutes without any notice from you, the luggage will be returned to storage, and a €10 re-delivery fee will be charged.Is my luggage insured? Yes, all bags are fully insured against damage or loss during storage. Additionally, our unique security seal ensures that your luggage remains untouched.Can I change my delivery time? Changes are possible only if you notify us at least 2 hours in advance and if our current schedule allows it.Do you pick up outside of Bled? Pick-ups outside the Bled municipality are possible by prior agreement (subject to a €0.70/km surcharge) and depending on our availability.
